• 1 ½Care unit

  Studio — care unit

  Adapted studio with full care services on the unit: dressing assistance, daily hygiene, medication distribution, and bath or shower as needed. On the secured floor for residents with wandering risk when required.

• 1 ½Convalescence

  Convalescence / short-term studio

  Furnished studio for convalescence or short-term stays. Ideal for recovery after a hospitalization, or as respite for family caregivers.

• 2 ½

  Two-and-a-half (1-bedroom)

  One-bedroom unit with living room and private bathroom. Includes microwave and internet access. For two occupants, a $3,500 supplement covers the second meal — the couple can stay together even as autonomy needs change.
